Recruitment Procedures

We take pride in delivering quality professional recruitment solutions that meet the specific job locations across different sectors. The services delivered are handled by experienced team who have with them in depth experience in that particular sector. After the signing of the agreement, different stages involved in Recruitment Procedures include:

 

Demand Letter

Client companies will formally issue demand letter stating:

  • The job categories
  • Number of workers required
  • Monthly salary
  • Duration of contract
  • other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage, accommodation etc.

Letter of Authority

The client will issue a letter of authority in favour of “Danar Management & Services Pvt., Ltd.” addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy, informing that “Danar Management & Services Pvt., Ltd.” is their bona-fide Manpower recruiting agent fully authorised to deal with all visa matters , submissions and delivery etc., with the said Embassy (applicable to middle-east and far-east countries only).

Agreement of Employment

This is a standard employment contract between employer and employee.

Selection

Selection process involves different stages. These include:

  • Documentation & collection of required paperwork for establishing identity of candidates and authenticating details furnished by them.
  • Carrying out varied testing & screening procedures for checking job suitability of candidate for the desired profile.
  • Final selection done is based on a cumulative result of tests & well defined selection procedure, which ensure selected candidate & request compatibility with the given job profile.

Industry Specialization

Medical Checkup

After the final selection process is complete we ensure that the selected candidates undergo a medical check-up in authorized government medical centers.

Visa Application

Once the candidates are finally selected, we put together all the necessary documents required for visa endorsement in the respective embassies.

Emigration Procedures

Ticketing and Emigration

We meet the involved traveling requirements of selected clients. The close involvement of employers at this stage facilitates involved emigration procedures.
